The Present Moment is a Portal

The present moment is a portal to all other times and dimensions. I learned this through experiences during my 17-year meditation practice.

I have heard it called many things… The eternal moment, the silence, the stillness, the peace which passeth understanding, the One, Satori, Samadhi, God… The list goes on and on.

For many of us, (including myself) we are here to help transcend 3D/linear time. My whole entire life, I have felt that there just isn’t enough time. I find myself often wishing I could have one more day in the week, one more hour in the day, one more moment for myself. Linear time has never been comfortable for me especially while living in the past or the future. My energetic body has always felt like it is squeezed and crammed into the tiny box of different timelines. As someone with a very FULL life, with many different plates spinning, burn out and exhaustion have been common themes throughout my life. I’ve often started things I did not finish and felt immense shame. Sound familiar?

What I’ve discovered through my spiritual practices, is that this moment, (yes this one right NOW) is the only way to access the information your soul is seeking, at any given time. This portal not only accesses a gateway to God, but also to MANY different dimensions, realities, and truths. You cannot get there in the future or the past, not even by one moment. The only time that exists is this moment right NOW.

When we live in the present moment, time stretches and extends beyond our wildest imaginations. 3D time is a complete construct and we get glimpses of this when we allow the linear concepts to fall away. Have you ever spent time with a friend for what feels like 30 minutes when in fact 3 hours went by? Or on the contrary, have you stared at the clock at the end of your workday for 10 minutes and it felt like an hour? It is all based on perception. This is how I access the multidimensional information I receive through the work that I do.

Within this moment, lies complete clarity. When you set an intention with clarity, it is only accessible through the present moment. There is a powerful energetic mechanism within this portal. When you speak words or have thoughts or feelings in the moment with clarity and presence… a very magical thing happens that connects you to all that is…. to all that ever has been, or ever will be.
